2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products
– Our products are handcrafted. Small variations in colour, finish, texture and size are a natural part of handmade work and are not defects.
– Colours may look slightly different on screen due to lighting and display settings.
– Dimensions are approximate and may vary by few cm.
– We take care to describe products accurately. If an item you receive is materially different from its description, you may return it under our Return Policy.

4. Prices and payment
– All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
– We accept UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, net banking and wallets through secure payment partners. And also accept  Cash on Delivery.
– Prices and offers may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
– If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

5. Orders and cancellation
– An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
– You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us.
– We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the payment fails or looks fraudulent, or the delivery address cannot be serviced. Any amount paid will be refunded in full within 5–7 working days.

6. Shipping and delivery
We deliver across India. Delivery timelines and charges are shown at checkout and in our [Shipping Policy]. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier or regional disruptions.

7. Returns, damage and refunds
If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Full details are in our [Return & Refund Policy] and [Exchange Policy].

8. Coupons and offers
– Only one coupon can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
– The first-order code NEW10 is valid only on your first purchase.
– Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change or withdraw any offer at any time.

9. Bulk, corporate and custom orders
Bulk, corporate gifting and customised orders are governed by the quotation or purchase order agreed with us. Customised products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

10. Intellectual property
All product designs, photographs, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Vedas Exports Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, manufacture or sell our designs or use our content without our written permission.

11. Reviews and submissions
By posting reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them on our website and social media. Submissions must not be false, offensive or unlawful. We may remove any content that breaks these rules.

12. Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website. This includes attempting fraud, uploading harmful code, interfering with site security, or scraping content.

13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government action, pandemics or courier disruptions.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand.
