We understand that sometimes, you may wish to exchange a product for another item.

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all labels intact.
Exchanges are only applicable for equal or higher-value products (price difference payable by the customer).

How to Initiate?

Email us at info@vedashomes.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and preferred product.
Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange pickup.
Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Note:

• One-time exchange is allowed per order.
• Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Exchange requests for custom or clearance items are not accepted.
