We want you to love what you purchase from VedasHomes. If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied, our return process is simple and transparent.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@vedashomes.com
within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos and unboxing videos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement or store credit after verification.
2. Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for most products within 7 days of delivery.
Please ensure:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
- All product tags, labels, and documents are intact.
- Return pickup is available in your pin code area.
3. Return Process
Email us your request at info@vedashomes.com or via WhatsApp +91 8986033333.
Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup from your doorstep.
After the item passes our quality check, a store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping charges) will be issued within 7–10 working days.
4. Refunds
Refunds are generally provided as store credits/vouchers redeemable within 3 months.
For prepaid orders, if a full refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping fees and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. Once packed or shipped, cancellations will be treated as a return.
6. Exceptions
Customized or bulk orders are non-returnable.
Slight variations in color, finish, or texture are natural to artisanal and handmade products and do not qualify as defects.
7. Dispute Resolution
All return or quality disputes are subject to VedasHomes’ discretion. Our goal is to resolve every case amicably. Jurisdiction: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
