Shipping Charges

Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of placement and delivered within 5–9 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, local holidays, or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking details. You can track your package anytime through our courier partner’s website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes for orders above ₹700.

Please note:

• COD is not a trial option—payment must be made before accepting delivery.
• Refusal of COD orders may result in deactivation of COD for future purchases.
• If COD is unavailable in your area, you’ll be prompted to choose a prepaid option at checkout.

Multiple Packages

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if it includes items from different warehouses. Rest assured, you’ll pay a single shipping fee for the entire order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will follow our return policy.

Unserviceable Locations
In rare cases where our courier partners do not service a specific pin code, our team will reach out to help arrange an alternative solution.
